Seat it was larger than our other Diono and Maxi Cosi seats which were uncomfortable for her when she got to be 4 years old. Her butt to her knees actually have enough room instead of her knees hanging down and off of the seat bottom (if that makes sense). Our son is 8 months and he LOVES this seat. It’s so worth every penny. Our road trips up north now take us 3 hours instead of five because we don’t have to stop to let him out every 20 minutes (mesa max). He is so happy in the seat and he will even wake up and fall BACK asleep after opening his eyes because he is so comfortable. In the infant seat he would have woken up and started protesting immediately. This car seat has made our entire family life better because we are in good moods when we travel. We have a Chrysler mini van and it fits perfect behind drivers seat with plenty of room behind my 6’5” husband. Highly recommended.

We really love this car seat. Especially love that it sits much higher so our son can see out the car windows much easier and therefore is much happier while we are driving. I highly recommend this brand.
