We'll check that both items are in stock and match on all key details. If it qualifies, we'll match the price and you can shop with confidence.
Best Price Gear-antee™: Full Policy Details
We're confident GoodBuy Gear offers the best prices on open box and gently used baby & kid gear. If you find the same item listed for less, we want to know and we'll match it.
To qualify for a price match, all of the following must be true:
- Request before purchase. Price match requests must be submitted before your order is placed. We're unable to match prices after a purchase is complete.
- Both items must be in stock. The item must be available at GoodBuy Gear and in stock at the competitor's store or website at the time of the request.
- Exact match required. The item must be an identical match in brand, model, size, condition and color. Items of a different condition grade or configuration do not qualify.
- Provide a direct link. Submit a URL link to the competitor's listing. We cannot accept screenshots, photos or verbal descriptions as proof of price.
GoodBuy Gear reserves the right to make the final determination on all price match requests, including whether the item qualifies under this policy.

Can I request a price match after I've already purchased?
No. Price match requests must be submitted before your purchase is complete. If you spot a lower price, reach out to us first and we'll take care of it.
Does the item have to be exactly the same?
Yes. The item must be an exact match (i.e. brand, model, size, color, condition).
What's the best way to submit a price match request?
Email us at connect@goodbuygear.com with a direct link to the competitor's listing. Don't buy yet. Wait until we confirm.
What if my item doesn't match its description?
If your order doesn't match its description, you have 14 days from delivery or pickup to initiate a return through our Return Portal. We'll provide a free prepaid return label for qualifying returns.
What is Hassle-Free Return Protection?
It's an optional add-on available at checkout that lets you return any item within 7 days for any reason, no explanation needed. Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging.
