Given the "Open box" description, and this being my first experience with GoodBuyGear, I was mildly apprehensive. I bought if for when I'm watching my toddler granddaughter and her baby sister. The wagon arrived yesterday and was in brand new condition. Everything appeared to be in original packaging. Although there were no assembly instructions, they were easy to find on the internet and super easy to complete. My 2 year old granddaughter and I were out for our first spin within 30 minutes. The construction is sturdy and high quality. The ride over curb bumps and uneven lawn is smooth. And stearing is super easy. I love this wagon and am so happy to have found it on this site. Plz note, the photo was taken after our first ride and before I attached the adult cup holder and gadget boxes.

I obsessed over wagons for months, trying to decide which one was right for our family. I am SO glad I chose the gladly, it is my proudest purchase. It drives like a dream (we are Bob stroller users, so we do know smooth!) and was the easiest thing I’ve assembled in decades. We cannot wait to use this for years.

I looked over a lot of reviews for wagons before settling on this one. I have only utilized it once, but having a 3 and 1 y/o, it was great how easy this was to load up/set up versus strollers. Additionally loved having areas for both kids to have food and more easily get in/out (3 y/o). It has taken some getting used to for pushing and wish that the handle had more than the 2 settings. It is quite heavy and does not compact down very easily, which has been a common complaint seen elsewhere, as well that the shades her not very tall (my 3 y/o is average height) nor do they go as far forward as I would have liked.
