Warranties and Disclaimers
By replying to our comment with the hashtag #YesGBG, you warrant and represent that: (i) each party has the legal power to enter into this Agreement; (ii) you are the author of the Content and own all rights to use it or, alternatively, have the right to grant us the rights described above; (iii) the Content does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights to privacy, publicly or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity; (iv) publication of the Content via various media including Web posting, will not infringe on the rights of any third parties; (v) you have obtained permission from all persons, including parental consent for featured minors, whose name, voice, image, likeness and/or any other identifiable representation are included in the Content. You will indemnify and hold harmless Good Buy Gear from any claims to the contrary.
Reservation Rights
Subject to the limited rights expressly granted in this Agreement, Good Buy Gear reserves all rights, title and interest in and to the Content, including all related intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to Your Likeness in this Agreement other than as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
Acknowledge and Agreement
By replying to our comment with the hashtag #YesGBG, you hereby enter into this Agreement in perpetuity, acknowledge and agree to the above in consideration of the opportunity given to you by Good Buy Gear to be featured or have your Content, either tagged or untagged with @goodbuygear, featured in our promotional material across our digital channels, You acknowledge that you have fully read and understand this document and that you have had any questions regarding its effect or the meaning of its terms answered to my satisfaction. You certify that you are at least 18 years of age and provide parental consent for any minors featured within the Content.
